Risk Project started in Oz

2TSustainAbility has commenced development of a Risk Management Framework for a Client in Western Australia. The framework will incorporate all aspects of the clients business from the board to the shop floor.

The framework will include development of an enterprise risk register, operational and sustainable function risk registers. The client will also require business resilience support systems for crisis and emergency management to be established.

The 10 month project includes working with the clients Board, leadership team and operational personnel and management to achieve the desired project objectives and integration into the clients strategic and business planning cycles.
